What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, email, and whichever of phone number, Instagram handle, event date, guest numbers, occasion, delivery postcode or message you choose to give us. We don't collect anything without you entering it yourself, and this site runs no cookies, analytics or tracking of any kind. The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser shares its IP address with Google to fetch them; no cookies are set.
Why we use it
Solely to reply to your enquiry, arrange a tour, or quote for prop hire. We don't add you to a mailing list, profile you, or use your details for anything you haven't asked for — the exceptions are the "launch updates" box and the venue waiting list, which we only use to email you about the venue opening, and only if you tick the box to say so. You can ask to be removed at any time.
Where it goes
Form submissions are sent to our inbox by email. We keep them only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any booking that follows, then delete them. We don't sell or share your details with third parties, except a supplier directly involved in your event (and only with your knowledge), or where the law requires it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent at any time — just email us. If you're not satisfied with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
A note on where we are
TheVine Collective is pre-trading: we're still securing our first venue. As we bring on caterers, prop-hire partners and booking tools, this page will be updated to reflect exactly how each of them handles data, with a note of the change and date.
